Swim Spa Service Inclusions

The Swim Spa services are for large Swim Spas – over 2.3m x 3m or greater than 4000 litres. The cost of the swim spa service only incudes up to 2.5 hours labour/time. Anything over this is an additional cost charged in 15 minutes increments. 

• All features of a major service except there is no refilling of spa unless requested and no spa cover clean. (These both incur extra costs & have to be arranged prior to day of booking).
• Check all spa equipment functions
• Clean filters and check their conditions.
• Degrease pipe work and empty spa.
• Rinse, disinfect and clean spa shell sides.
• Service pumps, blower, diverters, UV units and touchpads.
• Optional: refill spa and add chemicals (to be discussed with client prior to booking day and this will have an extra cost).
• Safety test on heater – to check for dangerous electricity leaking into spa water.
• Check for water leaks and corrosion (from equipment bay entry only).
• NOT Included is the cleaning of spa hardcover and apply vinyl protector. This is an extra cost and needs to be arranged prior 24 hours to booking day.
• Ozone unit – visual detection of proper ozone production.
• Verbal report of spa condition.

Swim Spa Major Service Inclusions

• Refilling and adding chemical is charged at an extra cost per 15 minutes, ask the tech while onsite.
• Major service can be negotiated with no emptying, refilling or degreasing.
• Swim spa refills may require a customer to monitor the water level and a technician will start the refilling process only and add chemicals .
